This document describes an approach that can be used to determine the total number of pages in the requested report output using a report function to display Page X in non-PDF reports and Page X of Y in PDF reports.

Many report authors want to overcome this Excel limitation of being unable to display more than 65536 records. Even though we can’t fix the issue ourselves there is always a light at the end of the tunnel – there is a work around!
